Justice for Sister Cathy: The Keepers

Justice for Sister Cathy: The Keepers

Current Affairs, Legal, Media
First published on Salisbury News As many of you know from my previous writings, criminal injustice has always found a soft spot in my psyche, largely because I generally believe in our Rule of Law. A program on Netflix, once again, has struck a chord within me because the grave miscarriage of our justice system stirs even for the most hardened of hearts. Sister Catherine Cesnik is probably a name many of you haven't heard of before. Her tale actually began and ended many decades ago. Close to 48 years ago, she was brutally murdered and many believe it was priests in her own parish who either orchestrated, planned and/or executed the egregious murder. Most importantly was not how she died but the following cover up by the Baltimore Archdiocese that makes this crime even more unsettli...
The Big Comey Question

The Big Comey Question

Corruption, Current Affairs, Leaks & Whistleblowers
After listening to the nonsensical blabber of James Comey on the Hill last Thursday, one question comes to mind that many have yet to utter.... Was this the one and only time Comey leaked to the Media? While our polls are still going on Twitter, it seems a majority (95%) of the people believe this is not Comey's first and only time leaking. It would seem in the months January to current, one would wonder after his startling admission to the Senate Intelligence Committee, it would seem the leaks could largely be coming from the former FBI Director himself. There was too much evidence to indicate his involvement, whether he himself leaked or like he claimed got an intermediary to work on his behalf. Sen. Marco Rubio (FL-R) made an excellent observation that while many leaks ...

COMEY: Should he be investigated for his admissions during Hearing?

Government, Issues, Leaks & Whistleblowers, Legal
Today, James Comey admitted to purposefully letting friends leak information within his memorandums of conversations with President Trump to the press. Furthermore, he discussed these interactions, which are privileged and confidential, with others as well. Hence, a violation of criminal statutes relating to Espionage Act and FOIA. In his testimony, he spoke about his leaking activities as if he was above the law; different than other Americans - even different than Reality Winner, the 25-year-old NSA leaker who was just arrested last weekend for leaking classified intel to the Intercept. What makes Comey feel he's different from Winner? Just because he is the former FBI Director, what he did makes him no different. Well, with the exception of motive. With Winner, she thought she was pr...
Millennials: IQ v. Common Sense

Millennials: IQ v. Common Sense

Education
A lot of millennials walk on college campuses every year, enrolling for the next chapter of their lives. They have accomplished getting a high school diploma and now they're ready to take on the world of liberal academia. Question is, are they? There's a huge difference between IQ and Common Sense. In fact, the chasm is vast between the two. However, many in college, learn theorems as opposed to common sense about life and ability to connect those theories to real life. Is college doing the millennials a disservice? Absolutely. Remembering my own college days, I had already been in the working world for a couple years before going back to finish up my degree, so when my Econ 101 professor said socialism and communism were brilliant, I knew better. The key here was, I had worked in th

The latest offering involving Hillary Clinton's criminality,  corruption and how she's manage to dodge the legal justice system bullet penned by Ed Klein's Guilty As Sin is a searing look at the investigation of her email scandal. Encompassing the Obama Administration's meddling into the FBI's investigation along with Bill Clinton's now infamous meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch in late June on an Arizona tarmac, the author illustrates the side we have not been privy. Most began to wonder about the investigation's integrity with FBI Director James Comey made his indictment against Clinton during his July 5th press conference, but then failed to close the deal by recommending criminal charges for adjudication. Playing judge, prosecutor and jury, his statements demonstrated
Should Comey & Lynch Be Criminally Charge?

Should Comey & Lynch Be Criminally Charge?

Corruption, Issues, Legal
Our Criminal Justice system has taken a huge hit over the last several months as we watched the Clinton Email investigation farce play out in the media. For months, we all heard about how FBI Director Jams Comey would resign should the Department of Justice refused to criminally indict Hillary Clinton for her removal of classified information from the government's secured system to a home brewed server, vulnerable to hackers both foreign and domestic - which is a clear violation of laws. However, on July 5th after Attorney General Loretta Lynch's clandestine meeting with former president Bill Clinton on an Arizona tarmac, he announced that he would not recommend charges. Over the months that followed, much evidence of a coverup has surfaced regarding the sham investigation that took...
