Espionage: Why is Big Jim walking the Streets?

It's always sad when someone believes he's above the law -- without justifiable merit... In his Senate Judiciary Hearing, private citizen James Comey admitted to purposefully leaking information through an intermediary to the press about his meetings with President Trump - all privileged information and not property of his own, contrary to his belief. His justification was because he  was "uncomfortable" around the President and he wanted a Special Counsel appointed. While its ironic that he used to head the FBI where leakers were supposed to be investigated, Comey thinks he's above the law somehow. Why? At this point, we don't know, but one thing is for sure, he is a sick twist to believe there's any justification for his actions - no matter how disgruntled he is for his unceremonio

We only get Senate one hero per hearing it seems... it just wasn't Opie's day like last Thursday! In the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Republican Senator Tom Cotton illustrated the Liberal lunacy with this Russian Fairy Stories in his tongue and cheek questioning. In the most eloquent, straight-face manner, he exposed the witch hunt going on by his Democrat (and some Republican) colleagues on the committee. The following is the infamous video of Cotton's call out. Sen. Tom Cotton mocks committee questioning: "Do you like Jason Borne or James Bond movies?" https://t.co/l3hiUHF2dJ — Daniella Díaz (@DaniellaMicaela) June 13, 2017 As we know, Cotton is no stranger to being scrappy with his Democrat counterpoint. Remember his snarky remar

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich raised a very interesting solution to the 9th Circuit issue where judges feel they yield more power than President Trump. He proffers the Trump Administration to revisit Thomas Jefferson's Judiciary Act (1802) solution by abolishing the 9th altogether. In the video below, Gingrich discusses the Judiciary Act of 1802 and why it would be a good course for President Trump to explore. It is obvious some corrective action needs to be taken and it's no secret Speaker Paul Ryan, a most uninformed politician on the Hill, would be impotent should any impeachment process be introduced to the House. Learn your history... Impeachment vs. Abolishment! NEWT: If we're serious about defeating the activist judges on the Ninth Circuit, don't impeach them —

After James Comey's testimony on the Hill last Thursday, many questions are now raised about Special Counsel, Robert Mueller - his mentor and good friend, perhaps one of those he confided in prior to his termination about his 'memorandums' and leaks. Given his connection to Comey, how do we know he wasn't in on the leaks which led to him being appointed as Special Counsel? Would you be surprised if we find out this is the case? The question is a very valid one because, as we've seen in many cases, DC elites cover each others' butts in times of trouble. Comey, himself, is an excellent example of covering for the Clintons since the early Nineties. Whitewater, Marc Riche, E-Mail Servers and Foundation RICO violations - all hidden by Comey as he played loose with his various positions th...

For those who read our review of Guilty as Sin by former DNC insider, Edward Klein, you know all the issues with the FBI Agents after former director James Comey’s audaciously atrocious press conference on July 5, 2016 regarding Hillary Clinton’s E-Mail Server investigation. Many reports within the book and other sources verified the Agents were stridently divided due to the division in opinions regarding his actions. There were over 200 resignations on his desk, waiting for his signature for agents who sought to move on due to their staunch protest over an unjust conclusion to their work and efforts. Even if they did continue to work with him, often they refused to speak when Comey would address them; expressing their disrespect for his handling of the case. To this day, it is not k

Today, James Comey admitted to purposefully letting friends leak information within his memorandums of conversations with President Trump to the press. Furthermore, he discussed these interactions, which are privileged and confidential, with others as well. Hence, a violation of criminal statutes relating to Espionage Act and FOIA. In his testimony, he spoke about his leaking activities as if he was above the law; different than other Americans - even different than Reality Winner, the 25-year-old NSA leaker who was just arrested last weekend for leaking classified intel to the Intercept. What makes Comey feel he's different from Winner? Just because he is the former FBI Director, what he did makes him no different. Well, with the exception of motive. With Winner, she thought she was pr...

Marc Kasowitz, personal attorney to President Trump said the following in the above press conference after James Comey's testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee. "I am Marc Kasowitz, President Trump's personal lawyers. Contrary to numerous false press accounts leading up to today's hearing, Mr. Comey has now finally confirmed publicly what he repeatedly told the President privately. The President was not under investigation as part of any probe into Russian interference. He also admitted that there is no evidence that a single vote changed as a result of any Russian interference. Mr. Comey's testimony also makes clear that the President never sought to impede the investigation into attempted Russian interference in the 2016 election, and in fact, according to Mr. Co...

Well, now that James Comey's public testimony has concluded (for the time being) we can see the idiocy behind the psychopathic mind. It's safe to asset, Comey's brain is indeed  complex labyrinth, filled with misconception or deception. First, a refresher in why Comey was fired from his position is within the paperwork below that you can read and download. He was not fired for the Russian Investigation at all. Instead, he was let go because he had politicized the FBI with the Clinton E-mail Investigation (among others like the IRS) and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein did not see him as able to rectify the situation due to his own refusal to admit his error. Second, I find it most troubling when asked if an FBI agent was aware that a crime had been committed if he/she had a duty to report it

Disturbing Discrepancy: Is it Just A Desperate Man’s Ruse?

Current Affairs, Legal, President Trump
Sometime the most obvious is the hardest thing to find... Yesterday, the release of James Comey's opening statements proved to be trove of information kept hidden from Americans needlessly, thus causing Donald Trump's presidency to begin under a dark cloud of suspicion and doubt. Not only was this a disservice to him, it was always a grave injustice for the millions who voted for him. In this article, you are provided evidence of one of many discrepancies lurking in Comey's statements that you will find most troubling. It proves that even in this dark hour in his career, Comey doubles down on fiction under the guise of feigned, self-proclaimed integrity and honor. On February 14, 2017, Comey, in an Agatha Christie styling, tells of his meeting with the President which says, ma

Okay, kids, think about those words "Prepared Statement" and what images does this conjure in your minds? Setting the lies straight before going before the Senate? Making sure nothing counters anything told to Mueller? If you're telling the truth, why prepare a statement in advance? Why send it out to the press? Why have anything written down at all except for some bullet points. What is this, the Gettysburg address? Is he delivering a speech at some college for commencement? No, he's testifying at a hearing so why would he need to prepare anything? People who tell the truth don't need to be coached or a prepared speech. Second, today this is sent to the press after President Trump announces the nominee for the new FBI Director position, Christopher A. Wray. Basically, raining on J

Why should judges be the only position where regardless of health, temperament or ethics, you get to keep your job in a lifetime appointment without any recourse for unacceptable behavior? Hardly seems just in a group dedicated to justice, does it? We trust our jurists from the lowers courts to the Supreme Court level to protect the US Constitution and ensure our laws follow that framework for our governance. Apolitical should be a given when people look to judges for remedies in civil cases and criminal redemption. There should never be a question to a judge's character or integrity. Their job is simple, succinct and imperative in our society where individual and states' rights are tandem to the country's existence. Disturbing trends have surfaced ever since Marshall Thurgood.
