Trump Addresses Boy Scouts at their 2017 Jamboree

Events, History, Inspiring Moments
In West Virginia last night, President Trump speaks in front of a cheering crowd of 45K Boy Scouts as he talks about dreams, spirit and the American way. His momentous speech addresses all things inspirational as he announces he is their honorary president! Touting his administration that contains 10 Boy Scout alums like Vice President Mike Pence, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Health Secretary Tom Price and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. The President congratulates them all with a presidential address to make even the most jaded become patriots! Here is the speech. Enjoy. Update: Now the Boy Scouts of America has taken upon themselves to 'apologize' for the President's speech to the Jamboree. The Never Trump people never stop as they bash our President left and right. Hopefully...
Historical Moment in the Making?

Historical Moment in the Making?

Current Affairs, Events, Founding Fathers, Legal, Presidential, White House News
As most of you know, yesterday was a big moment for the Supreme Court and the Trump Administration with much of the travel ban being reinstated but the move meant much more to Americans. Throughout the years, our laws and Constitution have been victimized by unelected people within our government, but none so lethal as those sitting on the bench with lifetime appointments. For decades, jurists have run rough shod over our governance by imposing rulings like what just happened in the 9th and 4th district; Liberals have used this system to impose laws and social mores we've never voted for nor would if it were put to the public for a vote. Judicial activism has provided Liberals an avenue to ram ridiculous fodder on the America people like bathroom debates and other such nonsense for w...
HISTORY: Is One of Our Darkest Histories About to Repeat Itself?

HISTORY: Is One of Our Darkest Histories About to Repeat Itself?

Events, History, Issues
It always saddens historians when humankind repeats some of the darker annals of their history. As forever students of history, it is our job to look into matters from the past with more scrutiny, always in search of more evidence to what happened throughout decades. These slices of time often contain a bag of mix nuts - some good and some very, very bad. When I saw the news today, it didn't come as a shock as Civil Rights History is my area of expertise and scholarship. The Civil Rights Movement beginning in reality back in the 1920s, was a tough time for America in spite of the financial prosperity of Wall Street. Yes, the roaring Twenties were steep in the Gatsby mystery and over the top wealth; however, there was another side that most laymen seldom hear about in their histor...
MEMORIAL DAY: A Day of Remembrance

MEMORIAL DAY: A Day of Remembrance

Current Affairs, Events, History, Inspiring Moments
Today was the first time in 8 years I watched the Arlington Cemetery ceremony - not because I'm not patriotic or take for granted the sacrifices made by our fallen heroes but because knowing what Obama is, it all seemed to be pomp and circumstance fakery. The ceremony today with President Trump's remarks provided a refreshed inspiration after a successful world tour which boasted not of apologies but of greatness and deference to our country. It was an affirmation of what our values and culture is really all about and why we cannot let liberalism or the political class establishment continue to corrode our society and erode our precious history. Sure, our history isn't perfect but neither is any other country on this earth. We've made mistakes and had missteps but in every instance w

WATERGATE: Not Exactly a Russian Story…

Events, History, Presidential
The other day during Comey's hearing, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) mentioned Watergate and attempted to ask FBI Director James Comey to explain whether or not he knew about the incident in our presidential history. Unfortunately, Schiff proved he didn't even understand what happened during the early 70s in the White House and how it was a criminal act. In fact, it seems Democrats who engage in these actions are seemingly ignorant of what really went down. It's a pity Hillary Clinton was too busy destroying evidence when she worked on the investigation, rather than understand what went on and how it led to Richard Nixon's resignation. A Matter of Political Espionage... Yes, the Plumbers - created by the Nixon Administration financed by the Committee to Re-elect the President, con...
15 Years…

15 Years…

Events, History
I remembered coming into WTC station in the mornings and coming out of the towers. Looking up, you could almost swear those towers were swaying in the wind. It made you dizzy to look up to the top but fascinating to see the majestic twins from 110 floors below. The huge brass sphere would bounce the morning and afternoon sunlight and reflect off the pool that surround it like some weird aura of light. When I first moved to New York City, I was in awe of everything about the city. In fact, I remembered getting my directions mixed up coming out of subways but knew if I always looked for the World Trade Centers, I could acclimate myself, knowing they were always South. I took it all for granted. I never thought in a million years anything could destroy those two rather dull looking ...
